Provenance

The collection of Maurice de Rothschild, his (anon.) sale, Christie's London, 28th March 1977, lot 57.

Condition

One saucer (in the right of the illustration), no damage noted. The other saucer has a section of spray to the right edge on front and back, which is starting to discolour slightly, with associated re-gilding at the rim and quatrefoil border. The beaker with a night scene has a hairline crack at the rim, and the other beaker has been restored.
