each with rectangular padded back and scrolled arms with acanthus-carved terminals, on stop-fluted carved tapering legs

Condition

Overall in good conserved condition. These chairs have been reupholstered at which time the backs have been conserved. Some minor losses to gilding. The seat rails with signs of old repairs and some glue residue there are also signs of old woodworm which is no longer active.
