  • gold, glass
of drop form, the screw cap, collar and base mount chased with flowerheads and foliage on matted or turned grounds, maker’s mark, post-1838 tête d’aigle, 8cm., 3 1/8 in.; a faceted upright example, the gold cap picked out in blue enamel, post-revolutionary cockerel’s head control, another mark rubbed, 8.5cm., 3 3/8 in.; and a small upright gold-mounted bottle with associated chained openwork stopper, 6.7cm., 2 5/8 in.

Condition

First base rim detached, small dent on base; seond small enamel loss on cap, no stopper; third stopper does not fit flush and chain has been later soldered on but still very sweet
