Condition

Pile ranges from good pprox.. 1/6th in. to low to knot heads. Partially oxidized dark borwns. Scattered foldwear throughout. A 1 in. repaired hole in lower left corner of field. Center of rug with a 11 in. by 2 in. and a 7 in. by 1 in. reweave, further small reweaves not extensive. Some minor scattered moth damage. The ends are missing the outer guards stripes and parts of outer boarders. Both ends now secured with a binding stitch. Sides mostly original with some later overcasting. Scattered spot stains and surface dirt. Lustrous wool, supple handle sound fabric and condition.
