Description

  • Pine, walnut, poplar
  • 116cm. high, 157cm. wide, 51cm. deep; 3ft. 9¾in., 5ft. 2in., 1ft. 8in.
the rectangular top above a frieze with three short and two long drawers carved with leaves and dolphin tails the two doors opening to reveal an interior with one shelf, on paw feet

Condition

This elegant credenza is in reasonably good conserved condition, with an attractive patina and marks and scratches consistent with age and use. There are overall traces of old woodworm which however appears to be no longer active. There is a repair to the left return, where the wood has also expanded. Rebacked.
