Condition

The leather top has been replaced at a later stage and has been patinated to look older. The wood is dried out with some scratches, cracks, minor dents and some small previous lacks of wood, consistent with age and use. On one of the stool, a chip of wood above the junction of the feet. The junction of the feet is disjoining on one side on both the stools and the joints between the seat and the feet are not fixed. The structure of both stools could benefit from the attention of a professional restorer.
