Condition

Some scattered surface scratches on the wood, including a few ones more important, especially on the lower part of the back (most likely resulting from pulling off the seat cushion). The veneer witch cracks at the junctions and a few minor chips of veneer along the edges. On the proper left side, at the junction of the seat and the back : a piece of veneer of approximately 1,5-2 cm of width and 5 cm of height is dried out, cracked and partially lifting. Above this piece of veneer, a minor lack of veneer between two ivory rectangles. Traces of previous restorations, including two replaced pieces of veneer (a triangle and a parallelepiped of approximately 4 and 5 cm of height each) on the proper right corner of the front side of the seat. The underside of the back is more seriously damaged, the veneer is dried, warped, lifting and with several lacks. The ivory has turned slightly yellow and the oval piece of ivory of the back present with one crack.
