Condition
The panel appears sound. Slightly dirty and some frame abrasions and surface staining near centre of top edge, only visible upon close inspection.
Ultraviolet light reveals an opaque varnish, no apparent signs of retouching.
Held under glass in a gilt plaster frame; unexamined out of frame.
