comprising: a green and white oval Staffordshire example, the lid printed: 'Farewell my [Friend] / I must away / tis Death to go / Tis Life to stay', interior of lid with mirror, circa 1790, 4cm., 1 5/8 in wide; a translucent blue enamel and silver-gilt example, London import marks, sponsor's mark of George Stockwell, 1922, 3cm., 1 1/4 in. diameter; an oval translucent light blue enamel and silver example, Georg Adam Scheid, Vienna, with London sponsor's mark of Gourdel Vales & Co, 1929, 3.5cm., 1 3/8 i.n wide; and a gilt-metal box, the lid with blue translucent enamel, early 20th century, 3cm., 1 1/8 in. diameter
