- 11.5cm. high, 37.5cm. wide, 30.5cm. deep; 4½in., 1ft. 2¾in., 1ft.
the octagonal top covering an interior fitted with seven lidded boxes and ten small rectangular trays decorated with playing cards and chinoiserie scenes

Probably Algernon Bertram Freeman-Mitford, 1st Baron Redesdale, of the second creation, (1837–1916)
Condition
The exterior is tired and dirty. There are cracks and splits to the lacquer as well as the wooden carcass. The feet are chipped and/or lacking.
