  • Silvr, Shell
plain with scalloped mount and flush-hinged cover, 6.8cm., 2 3/4 in. long, together with a modern Italian silver mounted auger shell, Mario Buccellati, 20th century, realistically cast around original shell, 14cm., 5 1/2 in. long, and a modern silver model of an onion, John Bull Ltd, London, 1996, realistically modelled, filled, 17.5cm., 6 3/4 in. high

The cowrie shell with wear to silver mounts. Otherwise all in good condition.
