Description

  • wrought iron
Regency style, with seat and back cushions

Provenance

Specially commissioned by Deborah, Duchess of Devonshire (1920-2014) for the South Terrace at Chatsworth before being moved to the garden at the Old Vicarage, Edensor.

Condition

Cushions distressed. Losses to paint. These chairs are of some weight and would be difficult to use around a dining table for this reason. Very attractive.
