"J’ajoute la couleur pendant que le mélange est encore frais. Elle est absorbée par le plâtre et colore l’ensemble. (…) Le rouge devient rose, le blanc reste blanc, le noir devient gris et ainsi de suite. Puis quand la surface a séché, je la ponce avec du papier de verre. Je suis aussi intéressé par la sensation de la surface, ce n’est pas seulement la couleur, mais aussi un genre de poudre, la vraie couleur se montrant à travers la poudre. Quand vous touchez la surface, elle laisse une empreinte sur votre main." ETTORE SPALETTI
