Acquired directly from the artist by the father of the present owner

Condition

Original canvas on its original stretcher. There is a very fine crack running along the right temple and the forehead of the nude. There is a light covering of surface dirt and spots of dirt in places. Inspection under UV light does not reveal any signs of retouching. Held in a wooden strip frame. Unexamined out of frame.
