Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is lighter in the original and the catalogue illustration fails to convey the three-dimensional nature of the collaged elements. Condition: This work is in very good condition. The sheet is attached verso to the mount in several places, and undulates slightly. All collaged elements are stable. There are some loose threads to the fabric, which is in keeping with the artist's choice of materials. Close inspection reveals some handling creases and short tears in places to the collaged sheets of paper, particularly to the lower and centre left edge, which are likely to be original.
