Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although they are brighter and more vibrant in the original. The catalogue illustration also fails to fully convey the rich texture of the thick impasto apparent in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. Extremely close inspection reveals two tiny and unobtrusive paint losses to thick impasto of the letter F on the third line, and to the letter T on the fifth line. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
