Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate although the overall tonality is much brighter and more vibrant in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. the sheet is attached verso to the mount in several places and undulates slightly. All four edges are deckled. Extremely close inspection. Extremely close inspection reveals some very light and unobtrusive drying cracks to the yellow paint towards the upper left corner. There are a two tears to the left edge and one small tear to the right edge, as well as a small perforation towards the centre of the composition which is original. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
