Colour: The overall tonality is brighter and more vibrant and contains more green undertones in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. Visibly only in raking light, there are very faint stretcher bar impressions along the horizontal edges. There are a few very faint drying cracks isolated in the thinner areas of green pigment. Very close inspection reveals a faint rubmark to the extreme upper edge towards the upper left corner tip and a minute pinprick to the centre of the upper edge. Further very close inspection reveals a few tiny fly spots in isolated places along the upper edge. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
