Colour:
The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is brighter and the papertone tends more towards a bright and light soft cream in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. The sheet is secured to the mount along the edges and undulates very slightly. The upper edge is deckled. Close inspection reveals faint creases to the left edge, and visible only when unframed very faint creases to the lower and right edges. All other surface irregularities appear to be original. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
