Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is deeper and richer in the original. The catalogue illustration fails to convey the iridescent nature of the enamel visible in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. Close inspection a few small hairline cracks scattered in isolated places, with an associated tiny speck of loss in the upper right corner. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
