Condition
This work is in very good and sound condition overall. The colors are bright, fresh and clean. Under close inspection there are a few light surface abrasions to the pigment and areas along the figure’s back upper thigh, a pinpoint loss to the pigment at the figure’s right shoulder and a ½ by ½ inch crack at the back of the figure’s legs near the edition number with some associated losses along the bottom of the figure’s legs. Also under close inspection, there are pinpoint spots on the side of the figure’s upper left thigh that are of a visibly different hue. The sculpture is affixed to a Plexiglas base and is accompanied by a Plexiglas box.
