Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the blue is brighter and more vibrant in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. Very close inspection reveals a small network of hairline cracks isolated to the pink pigment towards the centre of the right half of the composition. Further extremely close inspection reveals a few tiny and unobtrusive specks of loss to the blue pigment, towards the centre of the upper left quadrant. Visible when inspected under ultraviolet light, there are some tiny specks of in painting to the black paint towards the lower right corner which fluoresce.
