Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality tends more towards soft cream in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. Close inspection reveals some evidence of wear to the corner tips and extreme edges, with an associated small chip to the lower edge, approximately 12 cm. from the lower right corner. Further very close inspection reveals some minute and unobtrusive specks of loss to the corner tips of some of the protruding elements, and some glue residue around one of the protruding elements to the lower left quadrant. There is a tiny speck of superficial loss towards the lower right corner. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
