The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate although there are no greys to the paper tone and it tends towards soft cream in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. The sheet is attached verso to the backing board on all four corners and undulates slightly. There is evidence of handling with some associated light creasing in places towards the edges and corner tips which is likely to be inherent to the artist's working process. Extremely close inspection reveals two minute and unobtrusive nicks to the extreme outer edge; one to the left edge, approximately 8 cm. from the lower left corner, and another towards the centre of the lower edge. Further close inspection reveals two tiny and unobtrusive media accretions; one towards the centre of the right edge and another towards the centre of the left edge.
