densely painted with stylized flowers. Together with a similar smaller vase, mounted as a lamp. 3 pieces.

Condition

Both double gourd vases with some occasional and typical, minor chipping and glaze loss along the rim edges. The vase on the left in the catalogue illustration has been broken off from below the neck and restored back; the restoration is old. The other has an approximate 1 in. by 1/2 in. slice chip to the edge of footrim. Otherwise in good condition. The vase mounted as a lamp has not been examined beneath the mounts. there is restoration to half of the circumference of the footrim, possibly covering chip/s.
