Condition
Not examined out of the frame. Watercolor on paper mounted on paper. The sheet has been adhered to a second sheet and the glue has lost its adhesive nature; rippling is evident in the lower edge and in the background in the upper right quadrant and the upper left quadrant above the roof. Scattered dots of foxing and discoloration throughout. Overall light stain and surface dirt. Evidence of a repaired vertical tear towards the center of the top edge. Frame in fair condition. Upper right bits of paper from the frame.
