A pair of Russian neo-classical style gilt-bronze mounted mahogany console desserts 20th century

Formerly in the collection of Clare, 5th Duchess of Sutherland (1903-1998)

This pair of console desserts is in good original condition. There are marks and scratches consistent with age and use, most notably to the top mahogany veneer, which might benefit from some attention. The gilt-bronzes display minor oxidization and tarnishing, and would also benefit from a light clean according to taste.
