Description

  • glass, metal
  • approximately 170cm high; 107cm. diameter; 5ft. 9in., 3ft. 6in.

Provenance

with Kunsthandel Edmund J. Kratz & Co., Hamburg, acquired 1974

Condition

Very impressive. Gallery inspection recommended. Corona is squint but easily fixed. Would benefit from workshop attention and will need to be professionally re-wired. Some lustres and glass beads missing. Including a row of faceted pendants to the underside of each drip-pan. Elements possibly re-configured, if this is the case, it does not detract. Gilt-metal elements tarnished.
