4¼-inch enamel dial signed Charles Le Roy A Paris, the similarly signed bell striking movement with outside count wheel and later Brocot suspension, flat bottomed plates, the bow-ended case with vase surmount and ribbon-tied laurel swags; on a later associated white marble plinth

Dial is dirty but otherwise in good condition, hour hand is clipped, glass to front bezel missing. Movement is much in need of a clean but looks as though it would run, later Brocot escapement, bell lacking. Case is rather dirty and gilding is rubbed and marked; white marble plinth is later associated, gilt beading is loose, minor edge chips. No pendulum or winder.
