Condition
The panel is uncradled, flat and stable. The paint surface is dirty and the varnish is clear and even. There is a small loss to the paint surface measuring approz. 0.5 cm. across, lower centre. Inspection under ultraviolet light reveals small retouchings through the figure's body, notably lower left, and around his right hand. In overall fair condition.
