Condition
The canvas has been lined. There is a craquelure pattern throughout the sky, which is stable. There is a further area of craquelure in the right hand side of the hedge. Otherwise the work appears to be in good overall condition. UV light inspection reveals spots of retouching throughout the sky and possibly some further touches in the foreground.
Held in a gilded composition frame.
