Condition
Original canvas. Slightly dirty and small abrasion in lower left corner; otherwise the work appears in good overall condition.
Ultraviolet light reveals retouchings along the edges of the canvas. Also some flecked retouchings in the dog.
Held in a gilt plaster frame.
