baluster form with applied girdle, the stepped-dome cover with open scroll thumbpiece, hollow scroll handle
Condition
Hallmarks clear. The cover is a little loose but normal. Possible old repair to junction of thumbpiece and hinge to cover. General surface wear in accordance with age.
