the domed lid fitted with a foliate finial above a pierced collar of c-scrolls and acanthus issuing voluted handles centred with berried acanthus shoots, raised on a pierced plinth with acanthus scrolls

Condition

This attractive pot-pourri lidded bowl shows signs of age. The main bowl with restored breaks - there are also cracks visible beneath the glaze. The bronze mounts are tarnished as to be expected. The lid has a bronze rim which is currently detached. There are old marks and scratches throughout commensurate with age, again as to be expected. Decorative with porcelain of a pleasing bold colour.
