The dirt includes moss around the rim at the top and to the bottom sections, and various encrustations. There are several chips and losses to the corners and edges. The object is composed of four sections: the vase and socle, and two sections forming the pedestal. A few small pieces of stone or plaster on the bottom sections are loose.
