  • height 12 1/2 in.; width 9 1/2 in. (over handles)
decorated with 'jeweled' enamel on a bleu celeste ground, and painted with a continuous scene of playful putti, the underside of one porcelain vase numbered 1393 in mauve, the underside of the feet impressed H. PICARD and variously impressed YY, A and 356.

Condition

Good overall condition and presentation, Areas of tarnish and soiling, bronze needs cleaning, but would brighten well if so, as gilt in apparently good condition underneath. Heavy oxidation and marks to liners from age and use. Some moderate wear to gilt on porcelain and a few enamel 'jewels' missing.
