Very decorative. Possibly a top section to a larger cabinet. Losses to mother of pearl, tortoiseshell and paintwork, most of these are minor and do not detract. Ingrained dirt and rubbing to decoration. Later pierced holes to the reverse for hanging. The gilt interior is tired and dirty. Doors slightly warped. Side return/buttress stepped finial detached but easily re-glued.
