FR : Etat d'usage cohérent avec l'âge et l'utilisation de la table.
Les panneaux de miroirs sont d'origine.
Petites rayures éparses sur les miroirs du plateau.
Quelques infimes éclats aux angles des miroirs.
Les parties métalliques sont en partie rouillées, plus particulièrement au revers du plateau et sur la base.
Table très élégante et de belle dimension.

The mirror panels are the original ones.
Small scratches scattered on the mirror top panels.
Some minor chips at the angles of the mirror panels.
The metallic parts are rusted, especially on the underside of the top and the base.
Very elegant table and of great dimension.

Cette table, réalisée sur un dessin de Bernard Boutet de Monvel, était placée dans la salle à manger octogonale de l'hôtel particulier du Passage de la Visitation.
Le peintre fit réaliser deux copies de cette table : une première pour la maison de Southampton de Madame A. Stewart Walker et une seconde pour Monsieur William K. Vanderbilt II dont le peintre réalisa également le portrait en 1936.
This table, made after a drawing by Bernard Boutet de Monvel, was in the octogonal living-room of the Passage de la Visitation.
The painter commissioned two copies of the table : one for the Southampton house of Mrs A. Stewart Walker and one for Mr William K. Vanderbilt II.
