Condition
FR : Etat d'usage cohérent avec l'âge et l'utilisation de la console.
Quelques rayures et traces de salissures sur le plateau.
Le plateau beneficerait d'un léger polissage.
Le fût est fissuré sur environ 30 cm.
Plusieurs éclats sur le fût, dont trois plus importants (environ 2 x 1 cm)
En : Condition consistent with age and use.
Somes scratches and dirt on the top.
The top would benefit from a gentle polishing.
A crack on the foot of aproximately 30 cm.
Some chips on the foot, including three more important (approximately 2 x 1 cm)

Deux photographies d'archives de consoles similaires sont répertoriées sous le numéro d'inventaire 30/194 comme "console en stuc dessinée par Bernard Boutet de Monvel" dans le fonds Louis Süe conservé au Centre d'archives d'architecture du XXème siècle de la Cité de l'architecture et du patrimoine.
Ce modèle de consoles figure également sur un projet de Bernard Boutet de Monvel pour la chambre de Jane Renouard à Saint-Cloud bien qu'elles ne furent pas intégrées au projet final.
Two original photographies of similar console are referenced under the inventory number 30/194 as 'stucco consoles designed by Bernard Boutet de Monvel' in the Louis Süe archives from the Centre d'archives d'architecture du XXème siècle of the Cité de l'architecture et du Patrimoine. This model also appears on a project by Bernard Boutet de Monvel for the bedroom of Jane Renouard although they were not part of the final project.
