Condition

The illustration is great. Good overall condition. The gilding is slightly tarnished . There is a small chip around the keyhole of the dial. The winder is missing. Please note that the movement looks ok but we don't guaranty the working.

Une pendule identique à la nôtre est illustrée dans l’ouvrage d’E. Niehüse, French Bronze Clocks, éd. Shiffer Books, p. 172. Le musée Duesberg conservait un Notrexemplaire comparable hormis le personnage du marin qui y est africain.
