of cylindrical form, the exterior gently lobed forming an elegantly barbed and cusped foliate outline, the circular base inset, all supported on five low bracket feet

Condition
The brushpot has small nicks, some filled chips and wear along the rims and edges. There is a repaired splits to the base. There is staining from ink and water and the surface of the wood is dry and pale from sun exposure.
