the domed cover finely painted with a stylised flower bloom surrounded by ruyi heads within a raised roundel, the sides encircled by a band of 'T'-shaped motifs above double wavy lines and evenly spaced dots, the box with alternating vajra and dots, all covered with a cafĂ©-au-lait glaze, the base inscribed in gilt with a six-character Qianlong seal mark

Condition

The box and cover is in overall very good condition. The glaze and the gold and silver decoration have been generally well preserved with only some minor rubbing and typical light surface scratches.
