the first carved as a boy playing a round drum accompanied by a phoenix; the second depicting a standing boy grasping a leafy spray in his hands and with a small bat resting on his foot; the third of circular form, carved in openwork with Liu Hai fishing the three-legged toad with a string of coins; two of the carvings with a small russet patch to the stone, all with some natural veining and opaque inclusions
