with everted sides, applied with a black glaze and a white slip to the rim, the narrow footring left unglazed

Condition

It is in overall good condition. The mouthrim has two discoloured sections with extensive wear to the glaze, possibly due to misfiring or preservation condition. There are also further original firing imperfections and insignificant surface scratches.
