Description

  • ceramics
with deep rounded sides rising from a short splayed foot to a slightly incurved rim, covered overall with a lavender-blue glaze transmuting to a mushroom tone at the rim and falling short of the foot to reveal a buff-orange stoneware body

Condition

The mouth has a C-shaped restored flake, mainly to the interior rim, measuring approx. 1.5 x 7 cm. There are also several chips to the unglazed foot as well as typical firing flaws.
