of compressed globular form set with a short spout and a double-stranded loop handle, covered overall with a mottled dark brown glaze stopping irregularly above the foot

Condition

The ewer is in good overall condition with few firing imperfections and light dents in the glaze, as well as a small minute flake towards the edge of the upper rim. There is a small scratched area on the shoulder.
