Condition
Overall very good condition. Minor scuffing to the top surface near the 'fin' formation. The hinged door in the centre of the unit sits unevenly and there is some difficulty when opening and closing. The wood to the vertical form on the left of the unit, just in front of the where the legs attach has split vertically and been professionally restored, the repair of which invisible to the eye.
