Condition

The sculpture is sound. There are areas of rubbing to the underside of the feet, and small areas of light rubbing to the protruding elements and the lower part of the left leg. There are two small areas of oxidisation to the top of the figure's head. There is a small casting imperfection to the toes of the left foot. There are some very fine scratches and light pitting to the highly polished areas of bronze. There are areas of discolouration in places, noticeably along the figure's left thigh, possibly polishing residue, and the piece might benefit from a light professional clean. Subject to the above the work is in very good overall condition. The sculpture is freestanding.
