Black letter, text in double columns, 72 lines to the full column, within ruled borders, enclosed inner and outer margins for printed side-notes, general and New Testament titles within same woodcut border, calendar and almanac printed in red and black, numerous woodcut initials, head- and tailpieces, printer's ornaments similarly used; general title browned, marginal staining on preliminaries, occasional light text browning, early repair to fore-edge tear on Mmmm1 just touching an initial, lower right corners of Nnnn1–3 a trifle frayed and age-darkened, fore-edge of Nnnn4 repaired. Bound with Speed's Genealogies between the preliminaries and the text (title and first woodcut page dampstained). Contemporary calf; worn, with losses to corners, rebacked.
