Bound with: Thomas Sternhold and John Hopkins. The Whole Book of Psalmes: Collected into English Meeter. London: Printed [by R. Field] for the Companie of Stationers, 16121. Title within border of printer's ornaments, text in roman in double columns, printed music; dampstaining (F4–G8), terminal leaf G8 frayed and age-darkened. Contemporary calf gilt, with royal arms and motto "Honi Soit Qui Mal Y Pense,"gauffered edges; spine and corners restored, 3 (of 4) modern tawed leather ties.
